How do I change the quantity of an item?

Use the +/- buttons next to the quantity field or type a new quantity directly. Changes save automatically after a brief delay.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

Click the red "Remove" button next to any item you want to delete from your cart.

How do I calculate shipping?

Select your shipping state or province from the Shipping Calculator dropdown. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically.

Do you wish to continue shopping or browsing?

Click Continue Shopping to add more items.

Done for the day and ready to Checkout?

Click Go to Checkout to complete your purchase.

Do you accept coupon codes?

Yes! Enter your coupon code in the Coupon Code box and click "Apply Coupon" to receive your discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Google Pay, as well as checks or money orders. Orders paid with PayPal or Google Pay ship to the address on that PayPal or Google Pay account.

Is my information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

• To return an item, you must first request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling 1-800-251-8824 or emailing sales@redhillgeneralstore.com. Provide your name, invoice number, purchase date, address, phone, e-mail, product and reason for return.
• The merchandise must be returned in new, resaleable condition, with original box, manuals, factory packaging. Returns without an RMA may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days may also have a 20% fee.
• Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping charges and any damage during shipping. We recommend using the original box, adequate packaging, and insurance for the value of the merchandise.
• Refunds: The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping.
• After 30 days: Manufacturer’s warranty may apply as opposed to the retailer’s 30-day return window.
